Our team members have previously held senior digital positions at companies such as Studio Moderna, Sensilab and Big Bang. We have successfully developed online departments of these companies for decades, both at home and in foreign markets.
Bojan Šturm
CEO
He started his career managing a small company in Bogotá, Colombia for Hidria Perles. After returning to Slovenia, he took over the strategic sales management in the headquarters of the same company for a year and a half. Later, he was the head of direct sales at Bisnode, and he also successfully completed his MBA studies at IEDC. After his studies, he joined the company where he was first Director of the Print and Telemarketing sales channels and then Deputy Director of Internet Sales, where he was primarily responsible for the sales network and for increasing sales to over 100 million annually. After a rich career spanning over 15 years, he decided to venture into entrepreneurial waters and he founded Qonverto with his partners and became CEO.
Cristina Kisovec
Brand owner
Cristina is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with 18 years of experience in the field. She has worked at major companies such as Studio Moderna, Big Bang, and Sensilab. In the last 10 years, she has specialized in digital marketing and has extensive experience handling advertising budgets of over half a million dollars per year, with monthly sales records exceeding 4 million dollars. She is a skilled team leader and has a proven track record of success on all projects she has handled. Additionally, Cristina has a strong background in mathematics and statistics, making her a valuable asset to any team.
Jure Aškerc

Jure has more than 18 years of experience in project management, continuous improvement and lean factory transformation, logistics/supply chain coordination and customer service.
Sara Golob
Creative Director
Sara has been a creative director in different companies for over 8 years and has gained substantial experience in brand development and branding strategies, has knowledge in website and graphic design and has lead the creation and creative concepts of numerous new brands.
Katarina Vidic
Digital project manager
Katarina breathes online marketing! She has Facebook advertising, copywriting and email marketing in the palm of her hand. She gained her first marketing experience at the advertising agency Publicis One, continued at Sensilab as an editor and online advertiser for several brands on the Slovenian market, and later at ZkotZ d.o.o., where she took care of online advertising for the Equa brand and managed the advertising budget. She also worked as an online advertiser and email editor at Big Bang, the largest Slovenian electronics retailer, for several years. For the last 10 years, she has been working intensively in social media and content creation, which has been a great added value in all the projects she has worked on.
Maja Edelbaher Ebert
Community Manager
Maja Edelbaher Ebert is an advertiser and digital marketing student who has worked as a graphic designer, copywriter and creative content developer for 15 years. She studied project management under the guidance of her mentor Maja Edelberg, M.A. Sabina Sobočan. Her marketing research for Big Bang was a finalist in Mediana’s Rising Future challenge. Research runs through her veins. Conducting scientific research with her mentor, M.Sc. Katja Kraškovič is just one of the projects that shows this. She puts her research skills and knowledge to good use as an advertiser.
Anja Novak
Community Manager
Anja Novak gained her experience in two positions at Big Bang, first as a web editor in the Internet Sales team, where she was mainly responsible for the successful operation of the website and the shop and it’s upgrading – from landing pages, writing and publishing articles, product descriptions and editing online catalogues. She also looked after the social networks, content and all publications. She later joined the Big Bang marketing team as a Community Manager. Her main tasks were related to copywriting, managing social media profiles, content creation, influencer marketing and whole communication through all social media profiles.
Rok Hrastnik
Advisor
Part of the Slovenian and international e-commerce scene since 2003. Built ecommerce at Studio Moderna from 0 to a team of 150+ employees accross 22 markets. He later helped transform Sensilab into an e-commerce first company and grow throught the EU, becoming a branded dietary supplements online leader in Europe. He now helps various companies grow online, including Vision Healthcare, a Belgium-based digital health leader with category-leading web properties across Europe.
